GOVERNMENT SUBSIDIES
The government does subsidise professional in home care services for eligible Australians.
You can apply for a government subsidised home care package to help cover the costs of professional in home care services from the following organisations:
1. Those with a disability and under 65 should apply to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) for assistance.
2. People 65 or over can apply to the Aged Care Assessment Team to determine what care they need and what funding may be available.
There are also other forms of funding available such as subsidies for veterans. If you’re not sure about what funding you can get for professional home care assistance, you can speak to us at Beacon Support.
1. Phone call or email enquiry from you
2. Discussion regarding your needs and hours of support required.
3. A face to face meeting with our member to discuss your needs and how we would manage them.
4. Service Agreement is signed and a date is set
6. The roster is created from a set date and Beacon Support commences services.
5. The Care Services Team member visits the client again and a Support Plan is developed and any staff training )prior to the starting date) required is agreed upon and booked in.

6. The roster is created from a set date and Beacon Support commences services.
4. Client (or their decision maker) agrees for Beacon Support to take over services, and a date is set, Service Agreement is signed.
5. The Care Services Team member visits the client again and a Support Plan is developed and any staff training )prior to the starting date) required is agreed upon and booked in.
